[let me download my own]. slow start up, freezes, feels flimsy, already had a suspected hard drive issue and was replaced with a new one. new one is not that much better. didn't pay a lot for this, so get what I paid for, but I expected better. Loved my last HP laptop, had it for ten years [yes really] this one I don't like and not sure how long it will last.
