Love the touch screen feature! Great investment ever!

Love HPs- very reliable. Fantastic value for the price

This computer is a lot of memory for the price point. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is that I specifically asked the salesperson for a laptop with a backlit keyboard. He assured me that this has it. well, it doesn't... but I did not look it up and verify it before I purchased it.

Working great for school and internet great storage

The only criticism I have is how cheap the plastic shell feels. Aside from that, it's been setup and running fine. We bought the x360 model about a month ago and you can really see the visual quality difference when side-by-side. However, this one keeps up with the higher priced models of same CPU & memory specification.

Bought for wifey. she thought she wanted a small notebook but knowing she likes to watch programs, I got her this one instead. So far no problem. More than enough as she only use for e-mail and watching programs . It sits on the table so weight and battery life is not a concern and therefore unable to comment on it

It's a good computer with one exception: the screen magnification triggers no matter how I use the track pad. I could use one finger to scroll, or 10 and it'll almost always blow the darn screen up and I have to resize using the touchscreen.

I was looking for a laptop that was light and small, but had enough kick to be up to date for as long as possible. I am starting back to school and I needed something portable. This computer fit the bill. So very light, but with a good size screen. Lots of memory, lots of power. I could not be happier.

The price was good for this computer. However I'm not so sure the quality is good. In less than a year I had to install another hard drive as it was running at full capacity...working too hard.

I have had this Laptop for about a month. So far it has performed well. It would have been nice to have a USB C port. I have not run into any problems with the laptop. Did experience some lag in streaming don't know if it was the laptop or network related.

so i needed to upgrade from a little notebook i had, decided to buy something more powerful and faster. When i saw the price and the fact that it is an I5 i knew i was making the right choice. it's really fast makes my work easy and so much memory 1 TB. Good for projects, work and school.

It was time for a new laptop, I explained what I planned to do and was immediately taken to the right section. All my questions were answered. I am impressed with it. I had windows 8 before and am amazed with windows 10 and all the features of the laptop itself. I feel I made a great choice.

I had a HP computer for 8 years. The graphic card went out.(got my moneys worth). Decided on another HP. After using windows 7 for all those years,I was concerned about the changes. But with the excellent help from the geek squad I am doing well with it. Doesn't get as hot as first HP did.

Was in need of a new laptop as my older one just bit the dust. After doing some research, this HP Laptop was the best choice for my needs. Still getting used to Windows 10, but overall, a great laptop to use on a daily basis.
