For a bigger laptop it is pretty light. It starts up fast, runs smooth and has enough memory to run multiple home business programs at the same time. The only negative is that it does not have a backlit keyboard and it's a black computer with black keys.

not bad, i got it for a relative as a present and he loves it and is in high school. Graphics are good and he has no complaints on speed. He is always multi tasking with no issues. very light weight nd the price was okay if you get it on sale.

This computer was a really slow laptop. No matter what I did, nothing seemed to work to make this a reliable laptop. Then I decided to replace the hard drive with a SSD. Turned this into a reliable and quick computer.

The laptop is a nice design and price/performance ratio is excellent. This laptop is a good one for a High School or a College student!!!

I gave this to my father for a Father's Day gift to travel with just to keep his affairs in order, notes, files. Access emaiks, web surf etc, any way he loves it compact design and full features he uses it almost everyday and leaves his full size laptop at home now.

Not a bad computer, not a great computer. For those who do not want to spend a lot and do not use the computer as much as they used to.

I am only just now learning to use this machine. its quite different from my old one so it is frustrating. I do like the bigger screen -- the color is good, I will have to take a class to learn to use it to more of its potential,

I purchased this laptop because my other one the screen went out! I’m not disappointed with my purchase but I’ve tried to connect my IPhone to the computer and it just doesn’t recognize it! This is very frustrating!

It has all the standard features, 3 USB ports, HDMI. Keys are easy to use. There is no backlight on the keys and the wifi only does 2.4ghz, not 5. Touchscreen works well. Battery life is good. Overall good computer for the price

Not the best or the most expensive. A little slower than what it would be. My lap top has a nice big screen and it does what I want. I like it better than my old lap top which died less than 3 years. It is a basic computer.

This machine does everything I need as a retired older user. My primary use is for social media, product research and e-mail. It is fast efficient and easy to use considering it is also my first machine using Windows 10.

Something is wrong with my usb connections. It keeps connecting and disconnecting like its loose, but it works fine plugged into other laptop usb and other usb devices. If not for this, I would have rated a 5.

My previous HP was a Pavilion DV6 2157 U.S. which asted 8 years. This HP model known as HP Laptop 15-bs115x is inferior by the standards set with the DV6. Specifically the touch pad and shift key are too sensitive causing several paragraphs of text to get highlighted without cause, as well as jumping the cursor out of its position for typing the next character to several lines above it on a regular basis. (As happened twice writing this review) Keys in general are not fully functional making it necessary to hit them two and three times for the character to appear and register in a document.

Good computer, great specs for higher end of the entry level computers. Ended up returning it to try a 2 in 1 model. No complaints, would recommend to others.

This is a very solid very functional computer for my independent business! Easy to use,reliable and fast enough for my purposes. Travels well and easily compatible with my other devices! This is my second HP and I am very pleased with it!

Initially purchased this for the use of school work only. However, I use it for almost everything now such as video games and streaming. I’m not disappointed with the purchase.

This computer seemed to come with problems, after a month I basically had a crash and had to send it back to HP. They had to replace the motherboard and put it drivers that was missing. So far it seems okay

Excellent product and brand did not disappoint me At all I am glad I got the deal on this time of the year would buy again and recommend to friends and family

I purchased this with hard drive size as a primary concern, as a home for my Itunes library. 1 tb of memory is more than sufficient, and at it's price point it is entirely satisfactory. Bright screen, good graphics, recommended.

I got lost in drop box and have no use for the blasted thing. Once I got past installing that and went on with other stuff it works fine. I am elderly and all I needed was a lap top that worked well.
