First personal computer that I’ve bought in many years and couldn’t be more satisfied. The salesman was so helpful without trying to up sale me. This is exactly the type of product and service I expect.

It does everything I need..I'm not a gamer or a video watcher so I not sure how it would fair for that....but as for me, this pc does what I need it to do

This is my second HP and keeping my fingers crossed....so far so good! I am not hard on a computer - I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this so I could have access to a PC until I can save up for something better. It's a little slow but for the price it does what I need it to do.

This is a good computer for general computing tasks. The 1 TB hard drive gives plenty of storage. As with any spinning hard drive, access time is slower than SSHD. Screen brightness is adequate, colors good after adjusting color balance. Keyboard typing is good, with good travel and feel - one big miss - keyboard is not backlit. Sound is about typical for laptop. All in all, works well for usual tasks - surfing internet, emails, office, etc.

This computer was purchased for our son going to college. It has everything he will need in school, enough memory, software, etc. And, it was a great price. Highly recommend this laptop.

My old Tosh finally gave up, went to Best Buy and found the subject Laptop. Seems to work fine so far, have not loaded 6 gig of misc on it yet but runs well.

Well, I thought I purchased a mouse with the laptop. I’ll have to check my order. I had Word with my older laptop, should have had it transferred to the new one. New laptop is good!

This is very good laptop for home use and entertainment. Being i5 family, it should also allow you to get heavy apps like programming softwares and servers

It is fast, easy to use, light weight, and lets me get the job done. I use it for writing, Excel, editing photos, email, and streaming shows. No complaints and the price was good.

This is great for what I need. I take it to the gym to watch while on the elliptical. Has a good picture and I am very happy with it.

The laptop looks great. Typing on it feels nice. The laptop runs quietly and not very hot. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

The cheap plastic housing of the laptop split and broke in multiple places with light use and zero drops, its AC adapter died, and its hard drive died 2.75 years after purchasing it.
