Recently purchased. So far good. The screen seems to be a bit jumpy. The keys seem rather shallow, especially the power button.

Sales associate assisted me with the purchase and the Geek Squad updated and installed software. Was even asked what I wanted pinned to the start bar.

Like this computer- it's lightweight, easy to open/close has a large enough screen to view videos and movies with no probnlem

I am not a gamer or anything like that. I just use my computers for school (mostly online) and I can guarantee this one gets the job done.

Needed a laptop to do some things on the go. Better than I thought it would be and couldn't beat the price

I purchased this as a gift for son's birthday. It was the wrong model so we returned it. But he did like some of the features.

Sent to HP, they had to replace a few things. Fan, blower, camera. Took 4 day turnaround to get back to me. Works good now.

It’s a good office computer for the cost. No problems with it. From what I have seen thus far it is reliable and stands up to the therapist abuse:)

Laptop HP as good as i expected,no problems other than w10 interesting and it takes affair amount of energy for an eighty year old to figure it out.

this laptop works very well and and is very consistent. It’s primarily used for office work and book keeping but even when streaming it works great

I purchased this laptop for my son who's heading to college. The initial setup was easy and so far everything looks good.

Bought it as a laptop to keep at home to edit word and excel documents so I don't have to take my work laptop home. Perfect for its intended use.

Thought this option would be better. I was told that the specs were great but so far the performance had been slow. The touch pad scroll is inconvenient, you have to use 2 fingers to use it. The webcam quality is really bad, it's a grainy picture. I haven't used it to much yet and was kind of disappointed so far...

The computer about from Best Buy is very good for what I need. I love the sales people and all the help they gave me.

I purchased this laptop for my wife for work. It has over performed every step of the way. She is very pleased with it and the ease of use.

Overall this laptop is okay. It gets the job done for what I need: email, browsing, and running my Etsy shop. However I've had this laptop for about six weeks, and the ink used on the keys is already wearing off. I don't "type" that much - my total time actually typing is less than one hour a day, and not every day. I use my exterior mouse much, much more. Obviously the print process they used for the keys is cheap or defective. If you don't know how to type, you'd better know your QWERTY keyboard or you'll be doing more "hunting" than "pecking". I thought this was a good buy as I didn't need a higher-priced laptop, but the print on the keys wearing off after just a month? Ridiculous!! More and more I'm extremely disappointed in HP quality. I just bought a new HP printer and have issues with it as well. I've used HP computers, printers and other equipment since the early 1980's. I worked for HP for over 10 years before switching industries, back when Bill and Dave were still at the helm - back when "HP" meant you could be assured of a quality product. Obviously that's not the case anymore.

If you are a gamer this is not the computer for you, but for work this is an excellent computer to get the job done.

Works well, very light. Does a fine job. Pretty stupid that I had to add more characters to make this an ok review. Lighten up, Best Buy

I thoroughly enjoy my new HP laptop computer. It is able to do everything I need. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new laptop.
