Our family has three of these laptops. Best deal we could find for the money.

I have been spoiled by SSD storage technology. This system does NOT have that. It has a slow, 5400 RPM 1 TB drive. The access time to launch a program was just too long to bear. I returned this laptop for a system with a SSD. The no-frills, plastic aesthetic is to be expected, but it is not a turn off.

A few tweaks and it works. The rep that helped me made he experience great.

Just slow....I needed a little fast computer for the things I need to do.

PC is slow, Windows 10 is only slightly better than Windows 8, which is more proof that Microsoft continues to create junk software that is barely usable and not intuitive at all. Buy a Apple Mac if you have the money and feel comfortable learning a new operating system.

After using this computer for 3 days I got a blue screen....I was out of the return policy and I regret not starting it sooner. Unhappy with the built of it. You can tell it was made very cheaply.

I bought this computer just over a year ago, and it is now dead, gone, and I have to pay to get all my files off of it and transferred to another computer. I should have known it was going to bite the dust; it was slow from the beginning, the screen resolution was dull and it liked to shut down or freeze for no apparent reason. It’s only plus was it had a dvd slot, but the button to open it was difficult for someone with fairly slim fingers, so that might be problematic for others. It also has a touch screen, but you’ll have to squint a lot to see what you want to touch.

I was told by a best buy employee this was the best computer available for under $500. It does not work well with windows 10 and no matter what I did to decrease battery usage, it only lasted 2 hours

I bought this laptop in hopes it was a quality PC for a decent price. Horrible plastic build and died after 3 days with under an hour use total.

Looked ok in the store , but was pretty cheaply built and had a problem with the installed programs
