    The staff was very knowledgeable and I bought exactly what I wanted. HP has never let me down. Set-up was easy. I am able to do what I need to do. My friend who is knows about computers recommended the HP brand and this computer specifically. I could not be happier.

    Nice lap top for surfing and using Microsoft Office. It is a little slow. Probably need something faster if you are going to be doing a lot on the Internet. Good for the price.

    My requirement is 8 GB memory and a lot of storage on a hard drive. The purpose for the computer is photography and spreadsheets as well as searching on the internet. This computer easily meets those requirements and a real bonus is the 17.3 inch screen.

    There is only a couple things I am missing on this computer. I would love to have a lighted keyboard for night time and it should have been able for the memory to be expanded.
