Returned it.

It did an automatic update and would not work anymore after that. HP has some version that is not compatible with Windows 10. That is what Best Buy told me. I wasted a couple of days with this.

But I’ve had it for 2 years and it doesn’t seem to slow down. I only use it for school and I haven’t had any problems with it yet. The battery life of course with every old laptop is decreasing but it’s lasted me two years so I can’t complain

I have been using a cursor for at least 10 years...and this one is extremely sensitive. Your fingers drift over the invisible center line and the cursor is all over the place. Took it in twice. Only solution is to use a mouse.

A call to HP support and the turning off of a service resolved it. Other than that, it appears to be working fine. There was also some confusion on the installation of WebRoot, but I think we got that settled OK.

17.3 inch screen

Very knowledgeable, didn't try to oversell, didn't try to talk "down" to me. I was very impressed. Pointed me to this machine which had all the features I was looking for. Made my decision very easy.

It also has a cd drive. It is not a touch screen, so no unsightly smears or fingerprints all over the screen. Overall it is what we expected. Very satisfied with it n

a senior citizens dream

Great graphics, fast loading, and I'm learning Window 10 easily with all the tutorials online and in the tips menu. Cortana has been quite the experience for me but we are starting to communicate better.
