I am overall happy with my computer. It is as good as all the other HP I have had for many years. I do use a separate keyboard and mouse with it. I have also added a monitor and I come home, plug it in and have a home computer all set up.

I needed a smart TV since I stream Netflix. It works well with Netflix and Hulu. My only complaint is that sometimes I have to go into settings to check that WiFi is connected before watching Netflix. But it takes two seconds.

This laptop works well, it is fast and reliable. :)

I Love my new laptop, especially the larger screen.

Bought the HP with 7th gen intel CORE i5 and I enjoy it very much. Its easy to use and smooth keys. Added a mouse and can kick back and use it with just a touch of a button.

Works very well, have had it quite some time now and it's holding up. I would NOT recommend knocking it around as the machine is plastic, but if you're careful and looking for decent value, it's pretty good.

Wife had a Dell she was unhappy with the way it operated. Tended to do weird things entering data using the pointer. Traded it in for this one and it works much better. Very good looks, interface etc on a nice sale.

I have owned this almost two years and back of the screen cover with the HP logo is starting to crack. It's a stress fracture near the hinge... HP could remedy this design flaw by using thicker plastic shell or even using a light weight aluminum shell design. Very disappointed because this is not a daily or weekly use laptop, maybe to say monthly use would be pushing it. I expect more from a computer when I spent OVER $500. Sad quality.

I was in severe need of an upgrade since I was still using a laptop with Windows Vista. This laptop has been exactly the upgrade I needed. The processing speed is excellent and I just really like this computer.

Ultimately the computer did what I needed it to do. I did add an additional 8gb RAM. Did okay with Adobe Premiere and handled Photoshop. A bit slow for some games, but mainly used for work.

This was a great moderately priced computer until the hinges broke. They are plastic and not replaceable. I Google HP laptop hinges and saw that many people have this problem and, even though it was stI'll under warranty, HP would not do anything about it. My son hooked it up to an external monitor so we still use it like a desktop but we purchased it to be used as a portable. Bought a Lenovo laptop to replace it and very happy with the Lenovo.

This is a great laptop with a stellar screen and a great processor. I suggest you try it out on your lap, it's much bigger than I realized and is a better desktop than laptop from an ergonomic perspective.

Light weight, so easy to take to classes. DVD drive for movies when she is bored. However, the first time she tried it, windows kept insisting she buy software. A call to HP got that issue resolved.

I only had this laptop a couple of months and the left hinge broke. Best Buy sent it to HP and they kept it a month! It was sent back with the trim around the frame not completely snapped down. One week after the extended warranty ran out the right side hinge broke and the left was shaky. BB Greek squad said out of warranty even though this was an earlier issue. I would have to pay almost what the computer cost to fix it and then wait another month for return. It is made out of plastic and not sturdy at all. Hinges and hardware that connects under the plastic trim should last longer than a few months. I purchased this laptop in 2017 and had it less than a year when I started having problems. Thank God for Gorilla Tape!!!! Do not Buy this laptop it will not last long without falling apart! I use this laptop for personal use heaven knows what would happen if I needed it for business!

My daughter's sister has the same computer only a year older less gigabytes. Needed to replace a stolen computer and I was pleased we were able to purchase the same computer. Took away a lot of guess work to replace it and my daughter picked right up using and enjoying it!!!
