Purchased for my husband - he's not had a new computer in years and has utilized his work computer only. This is easy to operate, has good graphics and quick response.

The laptop was a great buy.The salesperson took the time to explain the functions,and was very helpful.He also told me about the college school signup which i did not know anything about.Very satisfied with this purchase.

This is my 3rd HP laptop and I wouldn't go with any other brand. All bought from Best Buy and also utilize the Geek Squad and thats also saved me a lot of money when somethings happened to my laptops. Thanks Best Buy!

I love HP and have stuck by them as a excellent brand for 30 years. This unit was slow which can be frustrating. It has all the latest software which may have contributed to the slow down. The mouse pad had buttons you had to click instead of just double tapping the pad, that was a bit frustrating as well but not as much as the slow response. It did get the job done but not as quickly as many other units.

So far I like the laptop. It feels comfortable to type on and easy to use. The speakers are less than desirable but all laptops have bad speakers.

It's difficult to figure out which browsers work the best for certain programs. When I search for help, I usually have to go to several online sites to get an answer, & I don't know if they're fake sites. I still can't figure out whether Cortana is free or not (doesn't work when I try to get advice about programs on the computer). Did Best Buy download a "pay" version of skype? It used to be free & the best way for my family (across country) to visit.

HP 17.3 inch laptop meets every expectation that my husband had for a new laptop. His old laptop crashed and we went to Best Buy in search of a new one. We found this to be of great value and purchased it on the spot

This is my first excursion into Windows 10 and it has NOT been a happy one....bulky and slow. Edge is a disaster. Graphics poor on this machine

The laptop sometimes seems very slow doing the setup stage. Has been known to freeze up temporarily.

When my old HP laptop bit the dust I didn't think twice about replacing it with another HP. I'm not into gaming I just need a computer for email and other personal objectives. This is a great computer for that.

I had a little trouble upgrading my older software to this new computer. Other than that thing went relatively smoothly with the transition.

The product is great but didn't realize the loudspeaker is below the keyboard that makes the sound not able to project out loud that easily

Takes about 3 Hrs to download and update all the features that come with it. Some you may need, some you may not. Runs great after set-up.

This is the perfect machine for me. Can do some gaming, household management and other light tasks. Easy to set-up, easy to use.

Purchased this laptop to replace an old one bought in 2009. Its slow booting up, but otherwise works. Still getting used to Windows 10.

Easy to use. Easy to navigate. I bought this for my highschooler to use for classes and there have been no problems at all. #winning

my old laptop was HP and I had it for many years and loved it ,despite a few minor glitches but I attribute that to Microsoft 10. The new Hp... so far..... its too early to tell. is great as well.
