This is a pretty good laptop. It won't be the most blazing fast computer you've ever touched, but it's no slouch either. The screen is a very nice size for a lappie. Runs netflix with no problems.

My computer had a major problem within a week of buying it. Thanks to Geek Squad the problem was resolved in an efficient manner.

I like the laptop but dislike Windows 10. Its a big laptop but nice to have around the house.

No problems to speak about especially since this is an “open box” item. Basically, it was brand new and for a great price. I hope that it will continue to work well for the next couple of years.

It was a good computer but the “spine” broke and we couldn’t get it fixed. It worked good though before....

This computer fits my needs and is terrific. I was afraid of the Windows10 platfrom, but this is easy to learn. This is probably the fastest computer I have ever owned and the storage is great.

My daughter needed a laptop for Jr. High, this fit the bill. She is able to navigate it easily to do homework or play games on.

I love the computer. I do not like the updates for windows because I do not know if they are necessary and use too much memory.

I had an older Toshiba that I replaced with this HP Laptop. It works fine, I like the keyboard and the speed of the processor.

Purchased this laptop for my father. It was easy to set-up and he has no issues using it. The laptop is not used for streaming or gaming but for suits his needs perfectly.

My customer loves it. I dropped a 240gb SSD in it and a clean Windows 10 pro, and it is super fast. Feels sturdy, has a big clear display, keys are responsive. Over all a great buy.
