HP offers consistency and quality in product form and function.

Good Laptop, especially for the sale price. Loaded with bloatware that you have to waste an hour or so taking it all off to make the laptop not feel slowed. Otherwise your typical HP laptop, works well, good battery life for a 17 inch screen.

I bought this for my daughter who is a junior in high school and she loves it. It has a very nice 17.3 inch screen which she loves for doing her online homework. She has also said it has very good processing speed and even though it is a larger laptop, it’s slim and doesn’t feel bulky.

As I get older I need larger screens to view. I have no trouble at all viewing this screen. I also like the additional numeric key pad on the right of the keyboard. This laptop is easy to use, easy to view and the software is running much faster than my old laptop.

Geeksquad could not fix my computer, so I had to buy a new one. The guy that helped me was very, very good and explained everything.

nice large screen for my old eyes. I had to give my previous Lenovo to my son as his laptop was eight years old and he is a recently graduated college student and cant afford much of anything. This laptop is ginormous and takes some getting used to but overall it is just fine.

This laptop has a lot of features for the price. More bloatware than necessary but can be removed. Big memory and the I5 processor are great. Recommend for average home or student use.

I didn’ want a laptop with all the bells and whistles and this is what the sales person sold me. I love it. It’s a good, solid laptop with updated OS and plenty of storage and RAM. I am so glad I listened to the sales person. He also recommended the wireless mouse - again, so glad! It’s been great. I am completely satisfied.

I got this for my youngster to do her homework and watch videos. Works for what I expected

I was beginning College again and needed a new computer. My Co-Worker looked up some laptops for me and found this one for the perfect price! It works great for school work and runs smoothly. The screen is large, so if I wanted to, I could play games on it. Also, it is not big and heavy as my old laptop. Overall, 10/10!

this is a great machine, works well for my purposes, was easy to set up and perform necessary data and download transfers. The keyboard takes as bit of time for accustomization, as it is a bit higher on the base than many others. Easily managed with some practice.

This laptop is the thinnest one I have owned. It is lite as well. The battery life seems to be good. It has a large, bright screen. Though not as fast starting up as my Asus, it is acceptable. I removed all the bloatware that slowed it down. Preforms better now.

Pick this up on door busters sales day to replace an old one. So far it's doing great!

The computer works good but Microsoft edge freezes up and the sound is tinny sounding.

I purchased this computer for my parents and they love it. Very fast and easy to use. They do a lot of online tasks such as Ebay, Facebook, etc and it does everything they need. It's the cheapest laptop I could find that had everything I wanted for them; minimum of an i5 processor, 1TB hard drive and 8 GB memory.

amazing buy good decent specs for just about anything. i even play games on this!!!
