The computer is very fast in speeds and the size is a huge help

System is up and ready to go in less than 45 seconds from power on. Love the screen size, 17 inches. System is great as a laptop and I also use it as a desktop system.

Have always owned Dell computers. So, when I needed a new laptop, I decided to give HP a try. I am pleased with the ease of setting it up with all my apps and syncing of data.

Purchased my new computer as an upgrade from Windows 7 ( that I loved), and used for many years. At first, Windows 10 was very intimidating to me, but became easier over the last month or two of use. Still in the learning stage, however I become more confident with continued use. I like the 17" screen (easy to view). Many other nice features on Windows 10. I recommend stepping out of your comfort zone and trying the HP laptop for your next purchase. I would have rated mine a "5" if I were better versed using Windows 10. The 17" HP Laptop, 8GB memory, Intel Core i5, however, rates a "5" at this time for performance, style, comfort, etc.

This laptop runs very seamlessly. It is great for my work!

Is a good computer and I think I can recommend to anybody

This is a solid computer for the price. There are a lot better PCs out there, but for the price this thing is awesome. Great amount of memory on the hard drive and fast.

great working works like a charm. does the job efficiently with ease, great laptop works well not a lot of difficulty for this laptop poor service but it worked out anyway

Great computer. I had a little learning curve going to Windows 10 but Geek Squad helped me a lot. Its fast and light weight for its size. Sales associates helped me pick out the computer that fits all my needs.

So far have had no problems looks like it may be okay this is my wife's computer so I don't know if she has had any problems with speed but she has not complained of any

I love the laptop it has everything I was looking for.

Have owned this for 5 years now. It seems as it is very clogged up now running super slow; everything from programs, opening word, Excel, etc to loading webpages. But in computer years I guess it's nearing the end of it's life. A year ago, the battery just pooped out and I've heard stories of the same from other HP laptop owners. Having a hard time finding a replacement battery.

I have enjoyed using my laptop computer it is reliable and I love that the battery last so long convenient to carry along and really great with a large 17 inch screen with great picture quality

This was purchased as a replacement for a 17 inch laptop which had screen problems. Over 8 months after purchase we couldn't be more pleased. It runs great and we've had no issues. Quality machine.

This was the perfect laptop for my school needs...

I bought this as an office laptop for an exmployee. I'm the "it guy" so I opened it up, configured it and "got it rolling". I also spent considerable time un-installing all of the junk that comes pre-loaded (which slows down the device). After getting everything uninstalled, the laptop boot-time improved and overall performance increased. It's a great unit with a nice large screen and comfortable keyboard (with numeric pad). It felt solid, hinged securly and wasn't as heavy as it looked. With an Intel processor and 8GB of RAM, this is a great deal.
