I love my laptop, its the first one I ever had, it took a minute to get used to it but after that, it was easy to navigate and had plenty of storage for everything I wanted to do

The screen on this device totally makes the purchase worth it as it is huge. The rest of the specs for themselves. No buyers remorse for the price.

This laptop might not attract those who ex the touch screen but for those who use a laptop go. Complement an I phone or android this is the one!!

Would've given 5 stars but for how Cortana feature is a bit unreliable. I Iove the bigger screen and intuitiveness, HP as usual comes through.

My HP laptop helped connect my wireless printer. They are the same brand. The screen is large and easy to read. It is charged in a short time.

Got it as doorbuster. More than adequate for my purposes. No problems so far. Love the big screen. Would like to get another one at that price.

Bought this for my Dad and he loves it. He was able to set it up easily and it is more than enough for what he does. He really likes the large screen and the user friendly set up.

Purchased this laptop after my desktop PC died and was a good replacement. Battery does alright, ample storage.

Easy to set up, does what I want it to do. I don't game, and this computer fills my needs nicely. Screen is bright and sharp and it responds well. So far I have no complaints.

Very nice laptop. Very light for a 17" screen. Priced well below what you would think it should cost. Many years of service out of my last HP that's why I bought another.

First time buying a HP laptop I've always bought Toshia but I must say it seems to be a good one. Hopefully it will be like all of my HP desktops and last a long time.

My Hewlitt Packard laptop is easy to use. The 17.3" screen is easy to see and eyes don't strain much when using it for long hours.

We purchased this laptop because they didn't have one with the same specs and smaller screen available. Good buy for the price. We use it for Basic Computing (Excel).

Good computer for basic things. Its easy to handle and travel with. Nothing special but well worth the price. Good solid laptop

The Best Buy employee told me it had a touch screen on it (which it does not), and it is really buggy when doing power points.

Needed a laptop with a large screen with decent memory and capabilities. After setting this up I am not disappointed. Bloatware was a minimum and speed is acceptable.

Bought this for My daughter , who joined the Army to take with her to AIT and she loved it . Besides watching movies she also Skypes us with it . Excellent graphics .

Charging port is not seated real tight... so there is play there … wrote HP.. they said to take it to Best Buy where I purchased it... Best Buy told me they don't repair there, that the unit had to go back to HP …. HP then said they would take it, sent me a box to return even, but I would be without my laptop for up to 4 weeks, possibly longer. Not sure who can be without one for that long, but none the less, that was what they told me. I might add, I did all this about 4 months after I purchased.... sadly, it is out of warranty, so am just stuck with a unit that has to be recharged very delicately or the connection isn't made and no recharging happens... I'd recommend looking at a different company... HP has really went down hill as far as it's product quality and even it's warranty work.. I had to argue and argue with them, before they even would agree to take the unit back for repair. Which, in the long run, I ended up not doing. Just going to wait for this unit to give out and buy a better one... So far, have had this one for 13 months now.

This HP Laptop is great!! It's very fast, works great with all my programs, and is really light so I can take it with me anywhere I go!!

The laptop is very good. But only the problem is that the battery get finish very fast. Which shouldn’t be happens to new lap top computer. Over all very good
