We purchased this as a replacement for our Grandson's Lenovo that had a main board failure. The HP had almost identical specifications to that of the Lenovo. It is a great laptop for schoolwork, streaming or watching movies on disc. The only downside is the Lenovo failed two days after my Geek Squad warranty had expired.

I really like the screen size on this HP computer.

quick, easy to use, has keyboard functions that my last laptop did not have, nice clarity on the widescreen, only problems is that is has Windows 10 and it is not compatible with computers with lowers versions of Window. also, a little bit on the heavy side

I need a computer for my wife to do her online school while we traveled and this computer is great. It met all her needs and was easy for her to work with. More than enough memory she needs. I love it cause we are not tie to the house because of er classes.

What a nightmare! First it took over 3 hour for the geek squad to download the free anti-virus, my husband did what they told him and nothing worked so he had to call back and they had to do it, 3 hours later! So after that we start trying things out, the cam was AWFUL it had lines all through it it was fuzzy, so we called H.P., He tries all this stuff nope didn't work, then he has my husband do a system restore ON A BRAND NEW COMPUTER, AND WE LOST OUR ANTIVIRUS!!! By this point, mind you it was noon when we started and buy 6:30pm I told my husband this is crazy so I called the store and we returned it!!!! My husband is still not home its almost 8:00pm and we haven't even had a thing to eat, what a waste of a day!

Purchased this same laptop for our church treasurer back in August 2017 and everyone in the church office uses it. I bought the same model because it is easy to use, has multiple USB ports, a CD drive, and a keyboard with large keys and ample space between the keys. Lightweight and easily portable.

This is a fabulous laptop. Very fast. Spent more than I wanted to but realized the processor is one if the keys to a good laptop. Got a computer with a fast processor and am very happy with it. All of my questions were answered by the sales associate who knew a lot about the products.

This was a laptop I got after purchasing a different one from you guys to end up returning it only 9 days later. The first was a recommendation from one of your people... clearly just clerking not actually a salesman or he’s in the wrong department. New HP 17.3 is a great machine!

I bought a new laptop after 10 years. The laptop so far has been awesome. However, need a few more basic instructions on computer usage. Had to drive 45 minutes one way to Geek Squad to be told hit space bat to get into computer.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I don’t like the location of the start button. It is too thin and too recessed above the keyboard. Other then that, it is a great powerful computer, packed with a lot and at a great price.

I got this laptop but it didn’t meet my needs for playing the games I was trying to use on it but the laptop itself was nice. Ran good with no issues and would have worked good for any other basic needs. I would buy for a family member just not for anyone playing games.

This is a very nice basic laptop for the price. The only disappointing thing is that the keyboard and number pad are not lit. Because of this you can't be sure if number lock is on causing passwords to be incorrect.

I have had this laptop since June, 2 months now & works like it should. It was an open box so cheaper than new & that makes me happy! The wifi is slower than I expected & slower than my old HP laptop don't know why but other wise I am satisfied !

Good all-around laptop. I really like the HP Support Assistant feature and use it regularly to check on the laptop status, to troubleshoot in general just to be sure everything is working correctly, etc.

this is actually a great little computer! I bought it for my mom and it's perfect for the amount of stuff she does online. I prefer something with windows for myself, but she doesnt need it. It's more than enough of a machine for her.
