I've been using computers over 35 and I'm not computer savvy. I enjoyed the step by step instructions that didn't allow me to make mistakes. I have to take time to get to know my new friend.

Ive had this for about 2 years now and works fine. The on off button is sensitive so its easy to turn off by hitting it but no big issues

Over all this computer is fair for the price. Thought it was a bit slow on boot or startup border line easy setup. Let Geek Squad set it up fpr you.

This is my 3rd HP laptop computer. I have always had good luck with HP and this laptop is no exception. It has good processing speed and great HD.

I purchased to work from home. Takes a long time to start up and get going. The screen is nice and big will see how it holds up over next 3 months

I bought this laptop for my mother. She seems to be doing ok so far, with it. It seems user friendly but she is still adjusting to windows 10.

Great for photo editing, Office 365 product usage, hobbyist applications and some games. I mostly use to edit photo content and create photo albums and other media for hobby usage.

I had my old laptop for 25 years and it was hard for me to pick out a new one. The salesman explained all the various features and I chose this laptop. It is an excellent product.

Would buy from Best Buy Again - Geek squad is the only way to go for computer cleanups etc. Everyone should have a contract with Geek Squad

I went ahead and gave this 5 stars, but really wanted to give 4 1/2 because there is no place to plug in headphones. Otherwise, great laptop and meets all my needs.

This laptop is sleek and slim, not too lighweight because of the screen size. I like it's version of "Siri" which is Cortana. It's quick and quiet. Lives up to my HP standards.

the 17.3" Laptop Intel Core i5 is an okay laptop. We use it on Ubuntu and had to replace the wifi card because the one shipped with it is not compatible with Linux. Laptop is slow to a Dell we purchased at the same time. If we had it to do over again we would have purchased 2 of the Dells. We have already had to repair a broken hinge in the screen.

A good upgrade / update laptop to replace an older product. Still seems a little slow to load programs, but once opened works fine.

Never thought I would use my new laptop as much..works great with a wireless mouse. Battery life could be longer but I would buy the same type again...

I bought the HP 17 for gameing it has done well with 2 large downloads I have for the online games I play .Armored warfare & IMVU

I use it as a backup to my deck top in my office, it has covered me through a few power outages

I really like my HP laptop. I feel it was a fair price. Best Buy and HP are very good companies. I buy all my electronics from Best Buy. Wonderful customer service.

I bought this laptop for my wife to do the bookkeeping for our business. It's a great computer for business and checks off most of the necessary technology options.

Super fast processor, great for a first laptop for college or pleasure. I take it with me everywhere. Definitely has great color and graphics as well.
