    Geek squad not helpful is this purchase. Never told me it was Microsoft edge not Internet Explorer so had to look everywhere for my favorites. Still haven't been able to install my wireless printer. Says it can't be found. It has been a real hassle trying to figure out how to use this and I've had a computer for 25 years.

    Installation lacks instructions. Issue with setting up email. Emails on my phone do not appear in computer's email--I had to access it via the internet or Outlook. I don't find Cortana helpful. Microsoft Office should come with computer. For me, Apple offers better support, more intuitive setup and more inclusive Apps.
