there is an open space and not sealed at bottom

When I opened it wanted a password and I gave it one but was too sick to write it down. The "hint" given did not help and I cannot open my HP laptop program. No information sent with it to tell me what to expect. Now it is useless to me over a month later. I have tried every single significant PW to no avail. Being 81 does not help either. Why is there not more info sent?

Lasted 13 Months

Thought that HP Laptop computer would last more than 13 months. At the same time at the Geek Squad today, another person reported the same problem with the same HP model. The failure just went pass the the manufacturer's warranty period. Congrats to the HP Engineers for the failure design. You hit it just right.

My worst laptop purchase ever

I love HP laptops but this one has proven to be the absolute slowest computer ever made. Tonight it took over 30 minutes to bring up the internet browser. By that time I looked up what was needed on my smartphone.
