I purchased this for my living room, and as the other Roku products, it was easy to set up and use. The sound quality is good and I later purchased the wireless speakers for surround sound. Coming from cable tv there was a little bit of a learning curve, but I’m very happy with Roku in general and the soundbar, too.

This made tv sound incredible! While I haven’t gotten the subwoofer yet, it really improves the sound of my tv. Things come alive! Without subwoofer, it does not compare as high as the top sound bars but it is so much better than regular speakers. The Roku seems to work better than my stick did. I’m totally loving it! Well worth adding for the average user. Might not be what tech savvy people are wanting. I highly recommend it. Can’t wait to add subwoofer!

This is THE soundbar to get! So simple plug and play! Amazing sound! No more to controller, cable box remote, and soundbar remote! The ROKU soundbar automatically integrates all of your sources into its simple to use remote that you can simply talk to and it pulls up exactly what you want. Highly recommended!

My TV had losts its Wi-Fi connectivity and this served as a replacement. Great sound, easy set up. I prefer a little more humph in the bass so I had the Roku Woofer that goes with it. I have a pair of Roku speakers on order as of the this review. Love the easy set up and connectivity as well as the sound. We'll see how well the speakers do when they are added to the system.

This soundbar sounds amazing. This soundbar is easy to set up and use. Item is light weight. A great combination if you already have roku products. I would definitely purchase this item again for a family member or friend. The price was reasonable and delivery was swift. This is an excellent Christmas gift for anyone. I am pleased with the purchase.

Was easy to setup. I did have existing Roku devices so already had an account. The remote works very well and I wanted to the volume control on the Roku remote so this integrated nicely. The sound quality is very good much better than the TV. It has pretty good base but if you want the boom boom you may want to add the sub woofer.

Bought this last year for the master bedroom. The flat screen's built in speakers were pretty weak and to hear anything, you'd have to blast them. At that point, you could hear the TV all over the house. Enter the Roku Soundbar. We use Roku as our "television provider" all over the house, so it was easy to get it onto my wireless network, log in to my Roku account, and download Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, etc. to get started. Even my wife said I made a good decision (high praise, indeed). The clarity of dialogue and music is now clearly discernable without having the volume blasting. You can adjust the dialogue clarity depending on what you are listening too. You can also adjust the sound parameters like bass and treble. This year, I plan on adding the wireless sub and wireless stereo speakers to create a small home theater in the master. This added a lot of value for me. I would definitely recommend!

I have had the soundbar for 1 week and I discovered that I have been missing a lot just using TV speakers. The sound is magnificent. Prior to purchasing the soundbar I would constantly have to change the volume on the TV. That's not the case with the Roku Soundbar just one setting and I can hear everything. The voices are crystal clear and the music and sound effects are fantastic. I definitely be adding the sub woofer. You can't go wrong with the price and quality

We needed a sound bar and having the roku with it is amazing! Everything we needed. The sound quality is amazing. Make sure your tv works with it. It has to have a certain setting that I couldn’t get mine to work (My tv had the setting and we made sure it was on and all set) so we have to use the optical wire to make it work (which it comes with Incase) but it’s WORTH IT!

Easy setup on a older model tv (by a older model guy). Tremendous improvement over tv speakers, with enough volume to satisfy most people. Fits and looks well in front of the base of a stand mount 55”. The Roku connection coordinates well with my cord cutting progress, and now I have awesome tv service and easy to use sound system on a single remote.

The speakers on our old Panasonic Plasma were flaky. We use ROKU to stream TV and bought the new sound bar. It is heavy and not flimsy. Not a big footprint. Roku function is built in and the remote is the newer style with a mute button. The sound quality is quite good. The ability to tailor sound to level and optimize voice functions well. Since we use ROKU for all TV, this enables one remote, which is very convenient.

I recently purchased the Roku soundbar without listening to it first. I was blown away at how good the sound quality is. From lows to highs it covers them all. I'm sure adding a subwoofer would bring the bass up, but the soundbar itself does a very adequate job of delivering a decent punch. Volume level is off the charts. We have no need to listen to it cranked up. With the Roku 4k already added in, this was a no brainer to purchase. Well worth the $149 price I got on sale. The Roku 4k on it's own costs at least $50. If you don't like it, you need to get your hearing checked. The only quirk is that you have to hit the power button twice on the remote to turn the TV plus soundbar off. Hitting it once only brings you to the home page on Roku screen. No biggie. You just have to remember to do it. Otherwise the next time you look the tv will still be on.

Great sounding soundbar. We really only purchased this due to not being happy with our quality of sound from our TV when using roku. This was the best of both worlds we got a great sounding device with roku built in. This also works well with our cable box and sits under our TV without affecting the view.

I'm really happy with this soundbar I love that a Roku is built inside it, I can add surround sound speakers when I can afford it same with a subwoofer. The bar itself sounds great, very natural and good bass for a soundbar. Highly recommend.

good sound. better sound when paired to Roku woofer. buy both at one time. saves on gas. dialog is easier to understand. take translucent plug off optical cable. did not read directions. but optical cable now plugs in securely. does not change quality of sound but cable will not intermittently fall out. do not like wireless, so i got ethernet to USB trendnet 10/100 dongle. get slightly higher data rate than wireless (90 mb/sec). do not like loud woofer but the sound on boring you tube documentaries has fuller sound with roku woofer. videos I remember from my youth sound more realistic. movies, as always, sound better. I would like 20 speakers all around me ( it is neat when sounds pass by) But family complains and so this is a good compromise and I do not have to charge up my hearing as often (you can laugh now if you want, but it will eventually happen to you (Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha!) Buy when it is on sale (150 dollars). read the directions.

Love this soundbar. I was looking for a new Roku streaming device and found this. I was considering a soundbar and BOOM found this bad-boy! Sound is great....way better than the TV alone! Easy set-up everything works off the same Roku remote....win/win! Highly suggest!!!

After almost a year of ownership I can say, this Soundbar may not be the most expensive. But, it definitely is a quality item. The sound can get a little washed out at higher volumes, but voice clarity is amazing. Not to mention, Roku is built in.
