Besides the fact that they did book everything up correctly they didn't know that they hadn't turn the gain up on the amp and couldn't figure out why there was no sound coming out the sound so I took my car home n took the whole thing apart before I found the fumble sounds gd n slams bt your teams trouble shooting game was off that day it's ok they'll have a chance to redeem themselves soon

A better job could of been done, I had to figure the flaws system didn't sound right had to do research to fix the surge in the base, was charge extra for a positive wire that was to short

The guys did great job installing all my equipment, some of the items that were sold to me in the store were not the right fit Geek Squad explained this to me, the only downside was I had to run across town to another store and I buy what needed, after seeing and hearing my sound system, it was worth it.

John was excellent throughout the entire install process, as well as follow up service.

Perfect amplifier to boost the powere that lacks in the new 2016 Corvette. This amplifier gave it the power it lacked in the first place. Good price, great installation from Brian who really does his homework with these new state of the art Corvettes. Wouldn't trust my cars with any other installer. My Corvette now sounds awesome. Great work. Professional. Reasonable cost. Don’t waste your money going to car stereo shops these guys do just fine. Bought a stereo at Best Buy. Bought my amp and sub from other places. They installed it all in my 2001 mercury grand marquis, hid the wires. Nice and clean fitting. Dropped it off Sunday at noon picked it up at 5 pm. Easy.

Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The install looked very clean and professional. Surprisingly it was completed quite promptly and well within the time frame provided. Everything is working as expected and to my satisfaction.

They mounted my amplifier underneath my driver seat so it’s out of sight and convenient to access, put the subwoofer in the trunk, it didn’t seem like it was particularly tuned in from the amp, but I didn’t mind too much because I intended to go in after them and tune it to my liking anyways.

My experience with auto tech Billy was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient and did rest until I was satisfied. He was able to gat what was in my head in my car system. I had no prior knowledge of equipment so it was challenging for me to put in words what I wanted. Through a series of sounds and gestures he was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Worthy of recognition.

This is the smallest of the AudioControl amps. I have seen Audio in car and more recently in a home stereo set up. They are the best quality. They are more expensive than other comparable 2 channel amps this size. They are high quality though and you can’t go wrong with them.

The Geek Squad installed my subwoofers and amp very well. All the wiring is hidden and not noticeable or in the way. They placed the amp underneath the seat where it will be protected from any damage. The sound is incredible.

Recently installed my amp and wires. They did great installing it and setting it up. Also did great problem solving the issues from the line out converter. Wish they would have hid the wires a little better. Will have to unhook a few wires and run them around rear back seats to hid it better. Other than that everything as been working perfectly.

Due to COVID, scheduling was booked out. Unfortunately, the original installer forgot to ground the wires and I had to reschedule at another store. They worked to get me in and the second installer quickly found the issue and got everything work. I was disappointed about the original experience but was very happy with the follow up experience.

Got my amp installed at my local Best Buy in upstate NY. The young man doing the set up was beyond professional! He did an amazing job! I think his name was Kevin , I hope he doesn’t quit ! They need to give him a raise

Installation was smooth and I'm happy I did it because the stock sound wasn't cutting it for me
