I bought this laptop and returned it the very next day. It wouldn’t complete basic functions. It wouldn’t let me enter my passwords or even use the internet. I did everything to set to up, and that took HOURS! I had the HP Envy 360 or something before. And I had it for 6+ years. I LOVED that laptop so I wanted to continue on with the HP brand. Well that experience put a bad taste in my mouth and I up and bought a Lenovo.
