We needed a reliable, cost effective laptop to use as an alternative to our desktop. This laptop fit the bill. It has been reliable and has everything we need for our daily needs. Very happy with the purchase.

runs a little slow but works and I installed Microsoft office on it which keeps crashing.

I am not very computer literate. I purchased this as this is all I required. I allowed my 2 grandchildren ages 7 and 10 to use it all day during the day we had the snowstorm. They loved it. What more do I need to say. Great laptop

Windows 10 is a bit confusing for me but am pleased with my laptop. However, I'm not so pleased with the Geek Squad.

HP Really stepped up their game on this very inexpensive high quality and great performance convertible 360 Laptop. 2 years ago I bought the lenovo yoga pro and paid 5 times the amount, just for it to break after a year!

My son is entering college and used it for his last semester in high school and all his application and some college prep courses. He is also an active gamer. He is impressed with the speed accuracy and memory.

Hard drive died after the first week. Also it was hard to get another home office software loaded because of license.

Overall it’s a good purchase it has its times when It acts up and isn’t as fast as it normal is

Nice computer. Swapped it out for a bigger screen. More like a tablet if that's what you're looking for.

My use for this item is fairly simple. Facebook is the only reason I use it. For this it works very well.

This is an awesome little 2 in one I got my son for hisbirthday, great laptop and tablet, it is pretty durable as well already surviving near tragedy that would have meant an end to his prior ones.
