$400 paper weight

It does not have sufficient processing speed to run the basic Windows 10 operating system let alone basic apps like Excel or Word. Attempting to link Google Drive Stream, Dropbox, or other background apps grinds this computer to a halt. Typical program load times for Outlook is over 2 minutes, Google Chrome - 1 minute, Dropbox file folders - 1 minute, Windows start bar - 30 seconds, Candy Crush Soda Saga - 2 minutes (honestly I have no idea why such a slow machine comes pre-loaded with worthless programs like this). My frustration with this machine was only exacerbated by my inability to return it. I assumed the device was running slowly as a result of updating the operating system and various other programs I added, that it was just getting its legs underneath it. Unfortunately, this took me 2 days outside of the return window once it became apparent that the device is effectively worthless. Now I am stuck with $400 paper weight. Do not waste your money of this device.

Taking back today to get something else. I kick myself for not looking at the reviews first but it was a good deal. Now I know why.

Slowest Ever

I have excellent ATT inhome wifi and if I’m typing online, I have to wait for it to catch up. Disasterous. Looks like a Mercedes but it’s a Ford Fiesta. Don’t waste your money

So slow

We've ran virus scans, which came back clean. And we haven't loaded any new programs or files. It's just crazy slow. Very disappointed
