The staff, Corey & Adam worked with us to help us make the right choice for our needs. The laptop is great and they were right. It's the perfect fit for all our computer needs and is very easy to use and also has options that make it an awesome piece of equipment. So far I would say it's the best laptop we've ever had.

I haven't used the new laptop much at all in the few weeks I've had it, but one reason for that is that a couple of the times I did use it I encountered difficulties, one of which -- as I hoped -- seemed to disappear the next time I used it, while the latter happened the last time I used it. So I'm hoping the next time I turn it on, everything is OK. If not, I'll wonder if this laptop is a dud. As for the question below about whether I'd recommend it to a friend, I'll have to say "no" when I'd really say "Don't know," hoping I can say "Yes" later on.

This laptop performs as promised. The 2-in-1 feature is something you did't realize you needed until you have it.

Had to do 3 master restarts, but once I got it going its great. Noticed my pen wasn't included in the box, however my finger or closed pen works just fine for drawing on screen. I do love it.

I bought this for my daughter. She will be going to college. This is a perfect laptop for kids going to college.

Purchased for my grandson who is a freshman in high school. He is very happy with it. It is perfect for school.

This is a very nice computer, better than the lower cost ones. I did expect it to be a little faster, and it hangs up sometimes to where I have to reload page to click on things

This Asus laptop is awesome! I ❤️ The fact that it is touch screen and can be converted to lie flat like a tablet. The only inconvenience is the placement of the power button, which is on the side right where my hand goes if I need to pick up the device, causing it to inadvertently turn off.

very nice picture but extremely hard to operate mainly because the installers did not know how to operate, therefore we got no directions. Still battle with operation when trying to watch a blue ray. I would never buy from them again.
