I purchased this computer as an upgrade for my daughter and son-in-law and their children. So far they have loved it. It is much faster than their old machine. It has the flexibility they need and they have had no issues with it so far. They used the Geek Squad setup and that has enhanced their ownership experience to date.

I really like this laptop. It was pretty easy out of the box. I work with numbers all day, so the full number keypad makes my life easy. The touch screen is helpful as well. The 15.6" screen was the most compact I could go and still get the full number keypad. But it turned out to be the perfect choice for me.

I always like to update my computer every couple years. Looking at what was available this computer offered the most and then some for a great price. I love to get great deal especially when the product turns out to be a great investment!

I was a little exceptional about buying this computer, but I don't regret a thing. It's really fast, thin, lightweight and touch, that it's a really helpful tool.

This is the laptop my son chose for college. So far he really likes it! The only issue was that Microsoft word “disappeared” out of the blue and he lost a speech... he had tech reinstall it and had to do his speech over... but no issues since that first one! Laptop is really nice!!

This laptop has impressed me.. 16gb of ram is the sweet spot today. 1TB drive is OK someday I may try to mirror the drive to a 3TB drive.. Intel onboard graphics works well and outputs 4k 60hz The design is nice and doesn't scream " Im a cheap plastic laptop"

I bought this laptop to replace my 5 yr old laptop that the hard drive went out on. I also wanted to upgrade to more current technology. So far I'm very happy. The 7th generation i7 processor is much faster than my Sony Vaio was. The 2 in 1 technology, screen quality, and touchscreen capability is really nice. So far this laptop is living up to my expectations. I'm very happy I got it. The only feature I didn't get is a solid state drive. But this 1 TB drive has plenty of storage. I'll make sure I do regular back ups to a an external drive from now on.

My daughter needed a new laptop computer for school. After doing some research this one fit into our budget. Great specs too...fast, plenty of storage and ram and a nice screen. Only complaint is the fan is kinda loud

Everything is easy to access. One issue is that the weight of the computer is toward the top, so you have to be careful that it doesn't tip when you are not focusing. On the plus side, fast and agile. I like it.

I got this laptop as a birthday present because my previous HP Spectre 13" laptop stopped working. The motherboard burnt up and HP wanted $550 to replace plus labor. I went with HP again because aesthetically I like them better than other brands. I noticed this computer was slower yet had faster processors. I asked my computer guy about it and he said it was because my previous computer had a solid state drive. Since my other computer was DOA, I decided to put the solid state drive in the new computer. So now I have a 256K solid state drive plus the 1TB hard drive the computer came with. My laptop is super fast now and I couldn't be happier! The only drawback I find on this model is the backlight on the keys. My previous laptop had all the keys with no space between them. This laptop has the keys spaced out and the light comes out from around the individual key and makes it pretty hard to see them. Other than that, I am satisfied with my laptop.

Wanted a new iPad, shocked at the price. Decided to get a real computer for less money than iPad cost. This is slim, sleek and enables users to sign documents which is what I wanted.

I bought this laptop recently alongwith the student discount. At this price range this is among the best laptop you can get. Even though there is lack of ssd but 7200 rpm drive can manage our day to day workload. Also, I think this is the previous gen spectre branded as envy. So you can have spectre like quality and features at an affordable price.

Went in Best Buy looking at computers and the sales people talked me into a HP which I couldn’t be happier about. It’s easy to use and the screen and resolution are fantastic.

Love the functionality, and ease of use of this machine. Loads quickly, and sounds great when playing music. Touchscreen is nice feature and isn’t too overly sensitive.

Took me about 3 weeks to find out that the keyboard was backlit. This shows that im still learning new things and features on this laptop. Runs perfect, love it.

So far, the computer is working great. Pretty fast. I have not tasked it yet but hope to test it using digital music software later this month (December 2017).

I needed a new laptop computer for work and I decided to purchase a new H P Envy. It is easy to use and to display information. It is just what I needed.

I’ve always liked how laptops and hands down this is a fast and light weight laptop. Highly recommend it. I wanted the bigger size so it’s great!!

Very nice computer. I am slowly learning the changes with this computer. I think it has more features and is easy to get around in the programs

Love this laptop. So many great features and love that you can use it as a tablet or standard laptop with touch screen capabilities either way.
