I'm still becoming acquainted with my hp laptop. I have to say it's very user friendly for someone like myself that is not very computer savvy.

So fr, this seems to be a great 2 in 1. It's heavier than a traditional tablet but it's lighter than my last laptop. It is fast and the touch screen works well. It transitions well from notebook to tablet mode and visa versa. I would recommend this 2 in 1 to anyone looking for the traditional notebook with the flexibility of a tablet.

Great laptop! Really like how it is light weight makes carrying around easier. Not bulky either so that's another plus.

I buy all of my itens from best buy so I have never been let down & once again I still haven't. I needed this computer for my designing & this has everything that I need which makes it perfect. Also I love my touch screen unlike the Apple computers which is shocking failing in keeping up with newest technology

My son is very please whit this laptop, it work so good that his older systers are borrowing the system to do some work and research

Reliable and fast laptop. Used to replace a similar HP that I’ve been using for 9 years. HP has done well for us.

It was easy to set up and start using. It was so easy to transfer files to it from my old computer. The feel of the keyboard is great. I love the touch screen and the 360 feature to use like a tablet. I also like the USB-C. It is much easier to use than a standard USB as it will go in either way. Great laptop

Bought computer for another field computer. Run autocad and solid works just fine. Nothing to complain about.

This laptop brings you up to speed regarding tech. Only downside is all the keys don’t light upon the dark

Couldn't experience fast internet with old laptop. This one flies. So far am very happy with my purchase.

This station is mostly used by my wife - but her feedback is: she loves it. Lots of neat features; speed is off the charts compared to our older laptops. No glitches so far in the first couple months of using it. We spent more on a laptop than we needed, per se - but we purchased with the hope it would last a long time.

Operates great but you must purchase an external mouse. The mouse next to the keyboard is pretty tricky to maneuver.

This was a great replacement for my Toshiba laptop. I love the foldable screen. Very convenient.
