    The plastic key ring part of the remote that came with the original Viper system I bought broke and I lost it. This replacement remote has been redesigned and the key ring part seems more durable.

    Never could get it to pair, every best buy within traveling distance couldnt get me me in for the techs to look at it. Cant return it. So its just a piece of trash sitting in my center console for now

    When ur fingertips are soft the starter button won't respond to work the automatic starter in my car. Wasn't able to see the car to see if it would be running. Car wouldn't respond most of the time.

    I had the Viper 1 way remote and I replaced it with this. This has a much stronger signal. I really like the 2 way feature on this. I can't live without it.
