I abaolutely love this watch. It does evwrything i need it to. I mainly got it for qork so i am not always on my phone, whoch i am not. I can respond easily while swiping or just talk to text. I have tried other watches to compare and nothing has come close to it. Sad that they eere discontinued.

Great Service from Best Buy in handling repair and replacement of original watch. Also, watch is perfect for open water swimming.

Fortunately, I have not had to resut to the Geek Squad, but just the thought of having them on hand is a comfort. I shop a lot with Best Buy and I trust their merchandise but If I need them, They only a call away. Thanks Geek Squad.

It looks nice, it is surprisingly light weight, and it tracks the things I need it to track: steps, workouts, heart rate, sleep, etc. Its screen is nice, clear, and legible.

I haven’t had to use it yet but it’s great comfort knowing that my watch is completely covered even for accidental damage. LOVE IT !

This is decent. Not sure of the cost is worth the value received from the device. Don't waste money on the warranty.

I purchased a Samsung Active Watch 2 in October 2020 and added this protection plan to the order. The base of the watch, what the watch sits in while magnetically charging, shorted out last week. I called to get the base replaced and was told that I had to purchase the base myself, because "It is not covered under this warranty!" Seriously? The "Accidental Geek Squad Protection" plan does not cover a base that is included in the box upon purchase?

BUT NOT IF THE TRACKER FALLS OUT OF THE BAND AND IS LOST!!! I was told that the Geek Squad 2 year warranty covered any loss or damage!!! I'm not happy!

The process to enable this service was easy and worth the investment knowing I have peace of mind.

This watch is worth the money. I love that I can receive calls and texts and it's just as clear as talking on the phone. It definitely comes in handy for emergency situations when I need to be reached and don't have my phone on hand. I've started my fitness journey and have tried other watches that track progress and honestly, this one offers so much that I wouldn't go back to any of the others.

Didn't need to use it this time around, but I've used it twice in the past and I am glad I had it! It's a fantastic service to have. My samsung watch just quit working one day. Charged it, went to put it back on and it was off and never turned back on since. I went to the store and they gave me full credit towards another one which I ended up spending a little more and getting the next model up. That was so awesome that I could do that. I figured a watch is something that is with me all the time and accidents do happen. In my case it wasn't even an accident, it just failed. It was still covered.

This is my third smartwatch. I have had the Fossil Explorist Gen 5 and 6, both were solid watches but felt more like a watch that had some special features tacked on. This Galaxy watch feels like a piece of tech that happens to have a watch included! I love it. It looks sleek, fits well and the screen is very impressive. If you own a Samsung phone this is the perfect companion piece

Careless packaging. Box was destroyed. Could not wrap as Christmas gift. Item came in a bubble bag with a hole in it!

My Samsung watch died about a year and a half into this warranty. Worked like a charm. No questions asked and gave the money back that I orginally paid and was able to get a newer watch.

Glad I got the Geek protection, My watch face took a hit from a blunt object at work. It probably save my wrist frim damage. My Geek warranty was almost up in 2 weeks but no questions asked, gave me a new one of current model and i was on my way.
