Can't complain, service is always great. I'm glad Geek Squad is there for the just in case.

I have not had to use Geek Squad for this product but I like having the piece of mind that I have it if I do need it.

The product replacement plan makes owning my Fitbit worry free. If there is trouble with the wristband or it gets wet or any other issues, they replace it with the identical item. Or you can upgrade it to a different product for the difference in the price. It is really hassle free and worth every penny. Best Buy makes it so easy and stress free!

This warranty is a lifesaver! Had my Forerunner almost 2 years. The face was near cracking. Without question, I was able to replace my watch with an upgrade and purchase a new warranty! Can't go wrong!

Of all the "extended warranty" plans I've ever paid for....the BestBuy program is the only one that is truly hassle free. No mailing anything in, no deductibles....just walk in with your broken item and walk out with a new one! Any purchase of $300 and up is worth it to me!

The agents installed and setup my Google TV. Everything was connected and full operational and instructions were reviewed. The staff is knowledgeable and very courteous. I strongly recommend Geek Squad.

Generally, I don't but warranties because I never need them. And here 2 years later, I didn't Neff this one either. However the peace of mind these provide on the right products is worth it. Especially when you can extend them away the egg bees I'd the term. It's just good insurance.

Never had to use the geek squad protection on this because we returned the watch and my son never used it. If he didn't return the watch, this would have come in handy.

Definitely worth getting protection plan. No trouble at all to bring something back if you have a problem. As long as you're within your waranty date.

If you have this option available for the purchase of your electronics, then you should definitely get it. I got it for Samsung galaxy s3 watch that didn't pair good with iPhone, after I switch from Samsung phone. This plan gave me an opportunity to switch the watch to Apple watch.

I have purchased the Polar Loop2. This replaced my first two Polar Loop fitness trackers. I have purchased the 2-year replacement plans because they seem to no longer maintain the charge or the LED display would not illuminate. Purchasing the plans have saved me from losing out and having to pay full cost for a replacement within a 2-year period.

It’s no apple watch, but it’s also not $850. If you are looking for a sturdy good looking smartwatch this is a great one. The battery life is OK. If I hit the gym before and after work I have to charge in between. If I just go once it will get through the day on one charge (but just). I would recommend getting a second charger to have with you at work or on the go. The screen is plenty bright and responsive.

I had a watch previously where the battery was done within the 2 years and Best Buy gave me the full amount in a gift card. It was a very quick and easy process.

Good value for what the extra coverage protects. I haven't had to use it yet to see how easy it will be to use but if that time comes where I do need it I hope it will be an easy process.

I have several Fitbit watches (Surge, Blaze, Versa, Ionic, and the balance Aria), and they all work PERFECTLY. Apple watch owners just do not believe that the battery lasts between 5 and 7 days. But, the most important is their service. They reply timely (within hours) and never drop you, until your problem is solved.

Even though the smart watch screen is made with gorilla glass and makes it virtually impossible to break it easily, it is a peace of mind to purchase a protection plan with it. It is a gorgeous watch with many functions that wow the tech geek within. For the price, it is a good quality watch and the band is rubber and very comfortable to wear, even while sleeping.
