I cannot recommend the Geek Squad 2-Year Accidental Protection Plan enough! About a month before our plan expired, my 9-year-old's PS5 controller suddenly stopped working. I scheduled an appointment online the same day, and the process couldn’t have been easier. To my surprise, Geek Squad didn’t just replace the controller—they replaced the entire PS5 console along with it! We walked out with a brand-new system and controller on the very same day. The entire experience was stress-free, simple, and so convenient. This protection plan is worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it again for future electronics!

I love this, I have only had to use it once, but they replaced my item immediately. I love this because it saves you in the event of an unexpected error or malfunction . You do not have this you have to pay full price. They are always so nice too.
