Luckily I havent had to use it yet..but I'm pretty good at wrecking stuff so well see.

I crash by mistake and landed on water. The insurance cover any accident. I am grateful. Love the drone.

Very easy upon purchasing you have to protect your investment

Fast and easy! I went in thinking it would take about 30 minutes or more as they had to inspect the drone plus the additional paperwork. I was very impress at how fast the overall process was, it took at the most 10 minutes.

Never had to use it but it's very reassuring to know that it is there

Always use the Geek squad. They are dependable and local for repairs. Never buy any items from Best Buy without warranty.

I purchase a plan for all my big ticket items, but purchasing a plan to cover something I'm flying was the easiest decision I've had to make.It gives me peace of mind knowing that if something were to happen, I'm covered.

If you are buying a drone, mobile device, camera or tablet this is a must, the only drawback is they wont replace anything that is stolen or lost. As long as you have parts they will replace it.

After a few weeks of owning a drone, it broke down and stopped working, went in to Best Buy and came out with a new one as it count be fixed.

Satisfactory coverage. I have not gotten to use the service yet.

This is a fantastic protection package that keeps your expensive tech under a all encompassing warranty

It has a short run time but a purchase made due to price. Great first drone, but after 2 weeks it has been damage by unknown kid and wings aren’t heavy duty.
