There was good and bad on my last visit to store. I had to return my Cd radio because the cd lid broke and the radio was insured. So I took back to a local Best Buy store near me and then found out I could not exchange it in store because they didn’t have the model there. So I got a Best Buy gift card back to use when I went to store or use online to buy a item I wanted

Great to be covered in case of an accident, especially on something like a Bluetooth speaker you take with you to the pool or whatever.

Haven’t needed to use warranty it’s nice to know it’s if I needed it

I always buy Geek Squad support when it is available depending on the item. It has come in handy a few times in getting a free replacement for and item that became defective.

The duo is very interesting but the sound is amazing, shower with them and listen music is perfect

It’s worth to get it in case something goes wrong.

Its a good speaker seemed a little small I wasnt sure how powerful or good it was gonna sound but it was really clear and I have no complaints about the volume.

This 2 year protection plan is great. If what you have the protection plan on should be damaged or broken, bring it back to the the geek squad, they will replace it with another product with equal value and the only thing you need to pay for is the new protection plan. This plan is awesome.
