Great experience with the protection plan! My phone and TV broke within the 5 year plan and they fixed / replaced no questions asked. I always get the protection plan at best buy with every purchase due to the positive experience.

Have not got to use this yet. I'm hoping I never have to. But I have it just in case.

One of the best protection plans available out in the market. Have had this for all electronics i have bought from best buy. Has saved me a lot of money in repairs over the years.

I have been relying on the Geek Squad for an array of needs throughout the past decade at least. I have never met an unprofessional or unknowledgeable technician yet

I like the things it protects but I dont really like how theres like 3 different protection types and some are subscription based. Very expensive. Hope its worth it I guess. Better safe than sorry

I love my phone! It came so quick and was packaged in a way that protected the phone from any possible damage it could have experienced during shipping. So glad for the geek squad option!

A little piece of mind for now is all I can say at this time. I have no idea if this protection service is good or not, as luckily I have not needed to use it. So for now it gets 4 stars for providing the feeling of security.
