I was going to be charged about $200.00 extra for the service fee to fix my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 when my screen went black and I couldn't do anything on the phone. I thought protection plan covered 100% and labor. Their extra warranty for the cellphone is quite useless. Don't get it!

Phone was damaged after a drop under two year total protection. After 3 days they still will not handle this telling us to wait until a local store has our phone in stock. Will not even take the info in order to replace phone. total rip off - no service - you speak to people in a foreign country who disconnect calls and and do not care about helping at all. really bad service.

Would not fix phone 4 days outside return period, said it had to be a deductible-- more than i paid for the plan

Get the coverage. You won’t regret it. It camenin handy when my phone malfunctioned.
