We bought it just in case we may need it since it's a product we have never used before.

Love this vacum it has great suction, is on the heavy side but if u want a vacum to suck up dirt out of carpet has be kinda heavy to stay down and stay put on carpet to suck up the pet hair and dirt out of your carpets. you get what you paid for. kinda expensive, should have bought during Christmas sale but could not wait, the other attachments work great on recliners couches

amazing vacuum. got as a gift for parents and they love it. battery is amazing and the suction is great.

Geek Squad Accidental protection coverage has never let me down. It’s always been a service that when I needed it the most I felt so very fortunate to have it. I don’t always fulfill the plan within the term, but when I do I’m glad I had the foresight to purchase it. You really can’t go wrong!

This is the best sweeper I have ever used. This protection plan ever. If it stop charging, or the belt breaks. Call the store and explain problem and you get a new one. If they are out of them, your service person will order you a new one and its shipped right to your house. Win win!
