Getting this accidental insurance actually works. I accidentally dropped it and the casing broke. I took it in expecting them to replace the casing. Instead they told me to leave the broken one with them and go get a new one!

They are there to help you recommend if you would like to buy warranty along with your purchase, (under no obligation), knowing that you are guaranteed, they will fix your product or they will trade in for a new product if they cannot fix the one you took in,take the hassle out of buying a whole new unit full price if you include the extending warranty

They were very helpful and were able to help me get a replacement for a product we didn’t want to lose.

What I like is that it seems to do well with picking up a lot of dirt in my carpet. It also does a good job with extracting to water from the carpet. This cleaner does well with keeping the clean water warm. It very easy to use. What I don’t like is that the dirty water reservoir is small which means there are constant trips to empty the dirty water. It also seems to force you to empty the dirty water tank when the tank does not seem to be that full. Other than that all seems to be doing well so far.

I have always purchased the insurallnce for Item's that I have. May have not used or needed but my purchased I cared for with om the time frames Better safe than sorry when some small or larger stop my purchase.

Got the warranty to cover a Tineco stick vacuum. That vac had a design flaw and I had to bring it in twice for replacement. No questions asked - quick and easy, BB just replaced the vac! The warranty is a no-brainer purchase add-on for items like this, IMHO.

Took my robot vacuum back for service 9 months after purchasing and they instantly gave us store credit for purchase price.

I had an issue with my Dyson V11, reached out to BB, and had an apt. with Geek squad within 24 hours of contact. The vacuum was irreparable, and had a replacement within 5 days! Superior service!
