The headset is a good brand but over time the mic doesn’t work and it ends up not being able to mute or anything be gentle with the Bluetooth connector because it may bend in half

The geek squad protection plan is a must have for anyone who uses their devices heavily and has experienced device failure in the past. Since discovering it, the plan has been an amazing insurance for those devices that get the most use, and I'm glad I have it, as it's saved me a lot of headache. Looks real good and feels a lot better then a cloth mouse pad.

i had a problem with my speaker and i had a warranty with it also which helped me so much that i got a new replacement, i was also given a option to pick any other speakers that were around the same price, i was offered a shipping to my house and i got my speakers in 2 days

This was a great standby keyboard and mouse. However, replacing batteries was getting to be a pain. For the price, it was ideal.
