||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don’t think the warranty from Best Buy is worth it anymore what they do now is go threw the manufacturer first never using your Best Buy warranty unlesss it goes longer than the manufacturer which these days is 2 years and if your product doesn’t have issues within 2 years it most likely won’t and will be outdated with these fast advancements

The representatives were courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful while we worked out what to do since the keyboard we wanted was no longer available.

For year I’ve always declined any type of warranty coverage but in the last two year I’ve started to buy it for any purchase that is eligible. Any issue I’ve ever had has been met with a replacement with no hassle whatsoever. I’ll always purchase they’re protections moving forward. Great job Best Buy!! Thanks.
