Please send the extra money for this plan. My keyboard stopped working and I had the service plan. I took my keyboard back and got an exchange quickly. If I did not spend the extra money I would have lost out because the return date had expired

I bought this keyboard to go with a laptop that I bought my husband for his business. He is a mechanic and needs to be able to look up parts and keep track of them. With him working with his hands every day, I wanted to keep the laptop itself as clean as possible and the best way to do that is to keep his hands off of the keyboard and touchpad. This keyboard works great for this purpose. It's easy to use and he doesn't have any issues with it. (I also bought a silicone cover for it for protection, so maybe it will prolong the life of the keyboard.)

They did very well, with from the time of check in, even when leaving it from the 24-48 hour processing time. It actually only took them less than 24 hours to text me back to tell me it was time to pick my computer up and the new software was ready to download.

If something is broken or not working to your standards Geek squad will def get you right with any item or you can receive store credit which is amazing
