About to make appt to get my audio replaced. It quit working. The computer is only a year old from the time it was purchased. IBUYPOWER is expensive. I didn't buy it. It was a gift, but I know how much it cost and its audio shouldn't of went out already. Geek Squad to the rescue.

You can't beat the service offered or the ease in which it is to get a replacement. Headset cord shorting out? No worry Geek Squad got you! Controller going cattywampus? No worry Geek Squad got you!
