The Geek Squad warranty is awesome! I also purchase it anytime it is offered on a product I buy. From Xbox controllers to air fryers, I have purchased the warranty for each item I buy. If I ever have a problem with something I've bought, Best Buy is quick to make me whole again and fix or make right whatever it is that broke or quit working. I've never had an issue with them not wanting to honor the warranty. They've never given me a run around or tried to get out of honoring the warranty like some other companies I've had problems with in the past. You will not be sorry purchasing this additional warranty if it is offered.

It is way better than my old keyboard. After having it for some time I like that the keys are open so stuff does not get stuck inside and it is easy to clean.

The geek squad protection plan is a must have for anyone who uses their devices heavily and has experienced device failure in the past. Since discovering it, the plan has been an amazing insurance for those devices that get the most use, and I'm glad I have it, as it's saved me a lot of headache. I'm always satisfied with the service I receive from the geek squad and it's a pleasure to deal with them. I would not hesitate to recommend the geeksquad protection plan to anyone.

Attached the USB dongle to my PC and got everything set up and running and have been using this headset for a few days doing some heavy gaming sessions and I have zero complaints. Friends say they can hear me crystal clear and the game sounds are perfectly fine. Battery life is amazing! Great job Razor! Since these headsets can be problematic, I purchased the Geek Squad extended warranty but hopefully I won't need it.

Had this for over a year and still has no issues what so ever . Everyone who comes over loves looking at all the light patterns and definitely has a nice feel to it while gaming 10/10

Was basically told that this warranty. Wood cover pretty much anything that could possibly happen to the keyboard. Seems like a great value if that is true. Has yet to be utilized, however.

Get the Geek Squad warrantee. So many of these electronics don't last 2 years and they replace it, or rebuild it for free!
