I have been buying protection from Bb for a number of years... the support from the Geeks has been excellent... including them coming out for set-up of theatre and they arranged service on a LG ThinQ that I didn't expect. I didn't believe in these insurance plans... the "experts" tell me it is a waste of money... as a retired old guy, I find it great planning!

So glad Best Buy offers extra protection. Great vakue too.

BestBuy's Geek Squad has always taken great care of me. I've never had to worry about fighting with anyone to fix or replace my expensive equipment with this outfit. They really do look to do what's right! I've had some bad experiences with other resellers that fight you tooth & nail to cover repairs. BestBuy has yet to fail me! It's one of the main reasons that I make my purchases at BestBuy!

Recently bought a sony a7 iv, I added the Geek Squad 4 year protection. Why? Accidents happen, when you have the protection, you will have peace of mind. Just bring your item to any best buy and get it replaced no questions asked.

The customer service reps inside the best buy on Brook Road were extremely helpful in narrowing down which camera to choose after realizing there were so many options Available. If it wasnt for there knowledge and help i would have ended up getting my wife a gift card

I have not had to use this, but to know I have 2 year warranty makes me sleep easy at night, and I can use my camera how it is supposed to be used!

Haven’t used the geek squad warranty at this time but feel confident it is available if I would need to use it. I feel confident it would be easy to access if needed. I even added it after purchase as I forgot while I was initially purchasing. The process of adding it after the purchase was easy and the sakes staff was great in facilitating the purchase for coverage.

Geek Squad is super fast at helping to get my issues resolved in-store. They had to send out my camera to get it fixed but I was in and out within 10 min
