Their technicians vary in skill, so you might get lucky and find someone truly helpful, or you might end up frustrated. Prices can be high, and sometimes it feels like they push unnecessary services. If you're comfortable troubleshooting yourself, you might find cheaper solutions elsewhere. But for that "I need help now" feeling, Geek Squad can be a lifesaver.
