Whenever I have had an issue with any of my electronics, the Geek Squad has been on it! We have had phone assistance as well as live help and problems have always been resolved. Our relationship spans at least 8 years now and I would not change, especially since we have bought new products. Well worth the money!

Overall, Geek Squad protection does provide instant ease of mind. Though it isn't the best protection out there, it is quite convenient when purchasing items with Best Buy to add on their protection plan(s). The cost is usually fair/competitive and the coverage is fairly decent. So, if you aren't hard on your purchases, the everyday wear and tear protection this service provides is just enough.

Every time I buy a item at a Best Buy I like to get the insurance in case of anything. Many think it's a waste of money but believe me you might have that one chance where something goes wrong and won't have anything to cover it. So it's better to pay either 10 to 50 dollars than have to pay a full price for a new item. They provide high quality assistance and customer care.

My luck has always been when i dont purchase protection somehow i break my things. Geek Squad gives a peace of mind and allows me to enjoy the item because i can take it in to fix if need be.
