Bought a switch and 3 hours later was getting an error code that couldn’t be troubleshooted. Brought it back to Best Buy and got an exchange and decided to get the warranty. 50 bucks now is better than 300 weeks or months from now if it’s already bricking within hours.

I'm not one to normally invest in the added protection, but with best buys version...its worth it! No hassling with sending things off, no receipts to send in. Just take it to bestbuy they check it out and make an instant decision. It's well worth the money!

I had to have a game console that couldn't be repaired replaced. The geek squad crew in Hickory, NC made this a very seamless and non painful process. They were also very quick and helpful! Thank you again!
