Having the Geek Squad at your finger tips is like having your own Personal IT Department in your home. I am not familiar with all the appropriate wiring and devices that work best with each other but I do trust the GEEK SQUAD to put it all together with no problems. They are quick, efficient and professionals who know their business.

I think this is a good subscription to have and that’s why I get it because malfunctions with appliances does happens sometimes and I just want to be prepared for that moment and so with this subscription they’ll replace your damaged appliance

I bought this protection plan from best buy and it is worth it. Geek Squad made sure that I knew how to contact them and gave me all the information I needed In case my switch was damaged.

Geek squad makes me feel so safe when i buy things from Best Buy, lets me be confident in taking my things without having to be overprotective because i know they have my back. GREAT SERVICE 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!!

Since I’m unfortunately prone to accidents, this is a must have. For example, I somehow accidentally deleted the software on a MacBook that needed to be reinstalled for $100, which I wouldn’t have had to do if I had geek squad coverage….better than dropping laptop and having it shatter to smithereens at least

I haven't had to use this yet, but when i purchased my switch i was able to see them in action at the store. They all looked very professional and well-mannered. They took time to explain things to thier customers.

I did purchase this for my sons' Nintendo Switch in hopes that it would cover any damage that may happen with it but so far, we haven't needed to use it. However, it's good that it's here if we need it.

Protection for electronics is a must if you have kids who don’t understand electronics and water don’t mix, and if you have others you dont know if they are clumsy or not.

I purchased this accidental Geek Squad protection plan simply because I have purchased Geek Squad protection plan for my computers and I am very much satisfied with the service they offer. Also with this item being a hand held item I felt like at any time and circumstance he could possibly drop or crack it. Hopefully this will secure his game.
