Great service perfect thing for buying electronics for kids

I bought the two year geak squad protection because just like cell phones it can be easy to drop it and you're kind of screwed. Since I know I am going to use it more as a portable I knew it was smart for me to get the protection and they told me it would cover everything including accidental drops or it getting wet, etc. I would recommend getting it if you are going to use it like I probably will be most pf the time.

I think when already have a warranty on old device and something happens to it Best Buy have to give you a new one they should prorate the warranty that you already had on instead telling you you have to buya whole new warranty new warranty

Geek squad was so patient with me and my device. They worked out the issue in a timely manner. Even when I had to comeback a few times they treated me like family. I never left without a resolve.

The agent was able to help me with my questions and i was satisfied with the outcome of the response

This product is good if you accidentally drop of damage one of your devices. My switch stopped working and I got a exchange for a new one. Would definitely recommend.

I have always and will always continue to buy best buy, warrantee as is one of the best ones out there. Specially when buying electronics because you never know when they will break down.

Geek squad installed the screen protector on the switch right before leaving the store. He was very helpful and advised us if any problems in the future to be sure to call or make online appt for any problems with the system. Gave us helpful hints on matience of device. Excellent service.

This is the best option even though you think you may not need it. I always get the geek squad protection especially with the expensive products I purchase. It helps when something is wrong with an item you purchased because if it can’t be fixed, you can get a new one for a lot less than the price you pay for the protection.

I always purchase an extended warranty especially when the item I purchase is a bit or very expensive. It’s great to have that reassurance. Had to use my extended warranty once and it was easy. Also, an extended warranty can be transferred to a new owner if you sell it within it’s time frame.

Haven't had the chance to actually use it on my most recent purchase, but the Geek Squad workers have been helpful in my prior purchases where I got the protection plan.

I got a geek squad protection plan for my new switch so now im not afraid of what i will do if it breaks. I feel a lot better knowing they will help fix it

Great Warranty you just should let customers know what they need to save for warranty

With all those switch problems out there with the dock scratching the screen, warped switch because they're getting too hot and with it being portable its bound to likely get damaged. Never got any kind of coverage for anything ever but with the system seeming fragile and other than not being able to afford another one if it's damaged, let alone it being sold out every shipment; this seemed like a good investment.

Opted for this additional protection plan for daughters new switch. Affordable protection plan in case daughter drops it or other accident occurs.

I haven’t had a problem, but it’s nice to have the protection, just in case one comes up. I have used the question part when I couldn’t figure something out on my new device and they were very helpful.
