I will never buy any products unless I get the Geek Squad protection. The times that I have used it I have never had an issue and they always deliver. This is why I only buy my electronics at Best Buy. Their TV installation services is also cutting edge. No one does it better then them!

As a person who is interested in the latest of Technology it is important having not only support for the latest devices but also having the Peace of Mind of protection in case anything goes wrong.

Two years of protection. I don’t think that I’d break my switch. But if it happens on accident then I don’t have to worry about replacing it if it’s minor. I can just turn it in for repairs.

After my kids broke our last console, I was so happy I was offered this coverage package this time. I sure wish I had previously had it.

Having an item protected is very important. It saves money in the long run

On a $300 hard to find console like the switch that is portable, this is a no-brainer. A few people online have had various issues with the switch, and with Nintendo officially stating that they have not verified any issues so far, a little peace of mind is better than blind trust. Many day one consoles have had issues. Just look at the PS3 original and Xbox 360 red ring problem and decide for yourself.

Very happy that I purchased this accident price purchase replacement program. I did use my plan to repair my surface pro Microsoft and get a full replacement on my Samsung wireless headphones

Best thing you can do when buying a console or electronic equipment is getting this protection. Had problems with the controller of a new console and they sent me new ones right away. Gives you peace of mind when you spend on this items and stuff like this happens. The process was fast and easy.

So far I haven't had to use this yet, at least I can have a good peace of mind knowing I have the extra coverage.

Excellent service and kindness from the Best Buy staff

I bought the Switch console from Best Buy because of this Geek Squad Protection. Other stores had the console for sale as well but their protection plan did not include accidental. Being that the Switch is portable, it is more likely to be damaged by accident. I paid about $15 more for the accidental plan than the plans offered elsewhere but I think that is well worth it for the peace of mind.

Amazing that they will fix your device or whatever it is you purchased even for just normal wear and tear purposes!!

I was taught to always invest and purchase extended warranty products that offered them. I have had to utilize them in the past and the service was great.

The Geek Squad is an amazing group of highly skilled cumputer wizards. My technology is in safe hands with my Geek Squad warranty.

This is a great addition for anything for kids. I have had to use this in the past and bestbuy was awesome.

Have not used it on this purchase but my laptop worked like new when I got it back
