I live by this protection plan!! If you have children, please by the protection plan. The games will break and the manufacturer will not cover it. The games cost too much not to ensure. I’d rather pay a small deductible than the entire price to replace a game.

Geek squad is very helpful. Recommend adding coverage on every item you purchase. They’re very knowledgeable and available when called or needed.

The quest broke down internally and i was able to take it back to best buy and hand it over they looked it over and handed me new one

I haven’t had to use the geek squad protection yet but I’m glad I purchased it just for the peace of mind if anything happens I hope that it really will be helpful if Something Happens but we shall see

So far haven’t used this but I know it’s one of the best. Compared to target when you need the Allstate insurance is okay but lots of work of filling claims and mailing items. With Best Buy I can just take it to a store nearby.

Geek Squad was very helpful in fixing and replacing parts for my Nintendo Switch when the joy cons were broken. I was not charged for any repairs, it was fully covered by the insurance.

The insurance policy is awesome! I’ve never had any complicated issues with it! It’s so easy to summit a claim and everybody I have ever had help me with one has been extremely helpful and easy going! I buy all my electronics from Best Buy because of the insurance they offer!

All electronics in our house is purchased through Best Buy for this reason, hands down. I appreciate the comfort of knowing a company stands by the products in their store enough to give you a warranty that works for you. Not all warranties are equal. I don’t have to ship anything or have the hassle of paying for service and being reimbursed. Thank you BEST BUY!!!

I was the first one in line to get my switch at Best Buy for midnight launch. I couldn't believe what luck I got a defective unit! I usually don't get warranties but I just got my switch exchanged and I bought it without a second thought. Plus the kids use it too so you know how that story goes. Get the warranty on this one. The price is right and it covers everything!!!

I had to use this because I dropped my switch and broke the controller and they helped me the same day get a new one! So helpful!

The Geek Squad Warranty is very good. As much as my Switch is I want to make sure if it gets broken I want to make sure it will get fixed or replaced quickly. This is what this Geek Squad Warranty does!

I'm a fussy guy, so I go through products faster than most people, especially when it comes to games. I've had nothing but good and cooperative service from these protection plans. If you need a replacement part, you'll get one, even if they don't have it on hand. Just find it online, you'll be reimbursed within a couple of weeks. It's best to be prepared. Stuff breaks.

Best purchase ever. While traveling there was damage to my device and geek squad was wonderful. I’m not used to such wonderful service and ease of repairs
