The Geek Squad 2-year accidental protection is well worth its cost. I bought a new laptop computer, and the Geek Squad transferred the information from the old to the new computer, saving a lot of work.

Make sure you always get protection on your purchases over$200 it's definitely worth it it's an investment electronics are not always guarantee

Bought a switch and 3 hours later was getting an error code that couldn’t be troubleshooted. Brought it back to Best Buy and got an exchange and decided to get the warranty. 50 bucks now is better than 300 weeks or months from now if it’s already bricking within hours.

Kid's are destructive,good to have. Better safe than sorry.

Haven’t had a chance to use the Geek squad protection warranty yet. However, it does seem easy to use the warranty, which makes it worth to have in case something goes wrong.

Glad I got the warranty. The remote on the Nintendo switch stopped working. Brought it back and they gave me a brand new switch. No questions asked and at no additional cost.
